Products I used up! What will I repurchase?

My favorite videos to watch are what other people have used up and threw in the trash. I love these kind of videos because than i know what products other people like and dislike. It makes it easier for me to want to try a product and maybe find something i have been looking for. I have used quite a few products, some I finished and some just didn't work on my skin type. Alot of these products I truly love, but there are a few I would never recommend or repurchase. I watch alot of YouTube woman and I try alot of recommended products that are holy grail for them and as for me, I end up regretting the purchase. That is how you know every woman has different skin, or things that look good on Their skin. Okay enough rambling lets just get into the products I have used up. 

         This first product is skin care, Clearasil daily clear oil free non drying face wash. This product is by far the best face wash I have used. It only takes a small amount to lather up. It leaves my face soft, and silky. I was totally shocked as to how great this product was. This is my everyday face wash and I already repurchased it. The packaging is different now, than you will see in the picture. 

As you can see a small amount goes along way. That amount can do your whole face and neck with water added. 

   This next product I went back and forth with only because I was trying other things and I wasn't quite sure if I liked them. These are the Yes to Cucumber soothing facial towelettes. These are hypoallergenic and paraben free. I got the travel size ones with only 10 towelettes. I got 6 packages for free a few months back by using my coupons. I have used them all up, I only show one package. I would repurchase these, but in a higher count cause they are expensive. I have not purchased them yet because I am trying out a cleansing oil. 

As you can see on the packaging they are 98% natural product. This did not make my face any oiler than it already is, did not make me break out, and are very soothing as it says. I would recommend these. This next item I did not finish, it made me so oily that I had to stop using it. I would wake up in the morning and my face would be so greasy it was like I did not wash it for days. This product is the Olay night cream. It is a firming cream. I hated this and not much to say about it but I you have dry skin you may love it. Unfortunately I could not. 

These next products are toothpaste. I like both of them but I have noticed my teeth are getting a bit more white using the Cologate Optic White than the Cologate Max fresh. I mean they both clean your teeth and leaves them feeling clean for a while but if I had to chose just one it would be the Optic White. 

This next product is a random one that my son got about 2 months ago. He is only 8 and I have introduced him to deodorant, body spray and body wash. So he likes the Old Spice Bearglove in the Wild collection. He has used the deodorant, body wash and body spray. The only one I have to take a picture is the little trial size deodorant. He used up all 3 of them and his Uncle did repurchase it for them both. They love the smell and it does last all day.

 This deodorant was only a travel size to see how it was, if it worked, if he liked it and of course used it. He's only 8 and this lasted more than 2 months. Lastly I have again used up a deodorant and body spray. The deodorant is the same as always the suave wild cherry blossom, my holy grail deodorant that works for me. The body spray is the secret Pasion de Tango. I love this smell as well as the Paris scent. I will always repurchase the both of these products. I have a stock of them incase they are ever sold out. They do last all day and I highly recommend them.

Revlon Colorstay Shadowlinks...Worth It?

I must say I am not very picky when it comes to make up, but wow can a product be any worse? I know usually with Revlon it's hit or miss but to be such a miss I'm shocked. The idea of these I think is great, they link together so you can make your own little palette. The track goes does the side and the lock together. They do have a great range of neutrals and colorful shades, also have great choice of Matte and Shimmer.

I got a good range of colors, which are as follows, copper, lilac, taupe, blush, periwinkle, khaki, java, plum, and cocoa. 

The formula of these Shadowlinks to me are very dry and chalky, even with a primer. The worse one for me was the Taupe it seemed to be much harder and drier, now the plum in my opinion was the deepest one but than again it is the darkest shade I have. With the 9 I have I was disappointed and won't be buying anymore. If you are just looking for a sheer color you will like this but If you want a more concentrated color you can find way better single eyeshadows, Sally girl from Sally beauty are .99 cents or even Wet n wild are much better. Now I'm only speaking my opinion on the 9 I have and they do a wide variety and some of them could be better than the ones I chose.

I was really hoping that these were better than they are but unfortunately that's the risk you take buying from a drug store where they have no testers. I will try and find a way to use these because the colors are beautiful. When and if I find a way to use I will make sure to let you know how I used it. 

So these Revlon Shadowlinks are NOT worth it!! As always until next time be kind to another.

Haul With My Mom...Kmart..Rite Aid..Walmart..Ulta..

This week was not only very exhausting, it was extremely wonderful for me. My family came to visit for a week and I loved every minute of it. Me and my mom cleaned house with make up, well honestly she did more than I did.

I needed a face cream desperately so I decided to try this Olay- Night of Olay Firming cream. I have been using this for about a week and I love it. It's very moisturizing and silky on your skin. 

Usually I stick with lip glosses and don't waste much time on lip sticks but I could not resist these Maybelinne Color Sensational in 465- Madison Mauve and 300- Warm Latte. I put the Maybelline lip stick on than I use a lip gloss as a top coat and for these ones I picked up a Bongo lip gloss in Forbidden Affair to use with Madison Mauve and I picked up Rimmel Stay Glossy lip gloss in Immortal Charm for the Warm Latte. 

These lip glosses look great combined with the lipstick or just by themselves. 

I have a very difficult time finding concealers, foundations or powders for that matter so I am always buying different ones. Honestly I think I found not only a powder but a concealer that is great for my skin tone. I picked up this Revlon Colorstay Concealer in 01- Fair and I must say it works well with my skin. 

This concealer is creamy and easy to blend. So after I found the concealer, my mom actually needed a powder and bought this for herself, ended up not liking it so she gave it to me and I love love it. It's the Physicians Formula Super CC+ correction powder in Light/Medium. 

This powder corrects your skin imperfections, and gives you such a flawless finish, especially used with the Super CC+ cream which I do use and purchased a while back. Of course no haul is complete without blushes and eye shadows and this next product is just that a blush and an eyeshadow. 

This is the Physicians Formula Nude Wear all over Nude Wear in Warm Nude. This can be used as a blush or an eyeshadow. 

This was the main reason I wanted to go into Ulta The Kardashian Beauty Radiant Ombre Blushes, mine is in Tender. But I must say, I was Disappointed. I was not only disappointed by the customer service in my Ulta store, but by the limited stock of the blushes. There were only 2 colors, this one and another. I could not find half of what I was searching for, so I just settled and left, ugh nothing worse than leaving a store disappointed. Lastly I just had to have this Milani Baked Blush in Delizioso Pink 

This may be very bright pink, but on your cheeks it's very soft and beautiful. This is all I purchased while with my mom, I have used some of the items, and a review will be coming soon for a few items. I did go shopping for a few clothing items, so I'm going to do a clothing haul this coming week. If there is any product you want me to review please let me know if the comments. Clothing Haul...With Mom

While me and my mom were out on Friday getting our eyebrows waxed, I wanted to make a stop at Kmart again to get a few more Rimmel lip glosses that were clearanced, but I got sucked into the 1.99 sale on the clothing. Usually I don't shop at Kmart, Walmart or any store of that nature for clothing, only because I truly believe you get what you pay for. Personally I'd rather go to JcPenny, Macy's, and other stores of that nature, but on this day Kmart had a great sale, and it was decent brand clothing so I plunged into the clothes and walked out with quite a bit of stuff for only 7.00.  I will post pictures below of everything i got. So on with the haul,

I got 2 pairs of these pants that have pleather on the sides, and are very stretchy material jeans almost like jeggings. These jeans both have the black pleather but one pair has burgendy stretch material the other black stretch material. These are very comfortable and very stretchy, brand is Bongo. I also got this silky long sleeved pink shirt that is very sheer, has lace on the back of it down the center. This is very nice for a breezy spring or even summer night. You can wear this shirt tucked in, tied in the front, or just long and flowey. Once I wear it, I will take some pictures on how I decide to wear it and update this blog post. The brand of this shirt is Bongo.  The next thing I got is a mustard yellow, Lacey tank top that will great with jeans in the spring, or a pair of denim shorts in summer. Just have to wear a tank top underneath. The brand of this tank is Scream out loud by Selena Gonez. Finally the last shirt I got was a burgendy sleeveless shirt with a crown design on the front and on the top part near the shoulders it has studded silver spikes, that just make this shirt unique. The brand of this was Bongo. I was thinking about wearing this shirt with the burgendy pants, black boots from Shoe Depot and my black leather (light)jacket from Peebles. This outfit will be really cute, comfortable and nice to take a ride on the motorcycle in. I am posting pictures at the end so you can see the items I got, once I wear the clothes I will take pictures on what I wore with what. Until next time my beauties!!!

Review...Physicians Formula Super CC+ Cream and Powder

I have to start by saying that I am a woman who never used foundation, bb cream or for that matter CC cream. I was okay with a touch of lip gloss and heading out the door, that was before I realized how great these products were in hiding blemishes or any other unwanted markings. This Physicians Formula CC cream and powder was the first product I started putting on my face, and I must say I was amazed by not just the coverage but how it felt on my skin. It is very easy to blend out, but i sid feel as though I got better coverage using my fingers or a beauty blender. It gave me a very natural look, kept my face hydrated  and the cream didnt move around. I did not get any breakouts, it does have a spf 20, but you definetely do have to set it with a powder. This product claims to correct age spots, dark circles, blemishes, dullness, uneven skin tone, redness, dark shadows, discoloration, fine lines, wrinkles and signs of fatigue. Seems like alot of things it helps, and honestly I'm not to sure if it does half of them, I do know on me it did hide my blemishes, uneven skin tones, redness, dark circles, and discoloration of the skin. As for all the others, I'm not sure because I don't have wrinkles, age spots, dullness, etc. There are pictures of what the product packaging looks like and what the product itself looks like. Overall I love this CC cream, and I think it's great for spring and summer especially cause its so light weight and natural looking. My only down side of this is there are only I think, 3 choices of color, light, medium, and dark. Now as for the CC powder, it claims all the same things as the CC cream, and I really like the powder too and the idea of it having the color correct so it has blue, yellow, and green inthe  powder that you can see. Just like the CC cream i didnt take notice if all the claims are true, because it brightened my face so i used it only on my T zone. Like i said my only down fall is that I noticed it did brighten my face up, so I would use it sparingly only on your T zone. Other than that I think this product is great also. Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation plus Nearly Naked Powder Review

So I am going to start by saying this is my favorite drug store foundation. I am in 130 shell, this foundation does oxidize and the color selection has tons to chose  from. I believe there were 16 shades. I definetely would get a shade or two lighter cause it oxidizes. There is no pump, so basically my only 2 issues are the oxidizing and no pump. It has a square glass bottle with a white cap, and it has 1 fl oz of product. Light to medium coverage, after 1st application you can still see imperfections but the 2nd application showed more coverage and was flawless. This foundation to me is flawless and very forgiving in a sense it don't cover everything perfectly but blends so well, and doesn't highlight your imperfections, fine lines, or pores. I did try this with a primer and without and it still looked flawless, besides the fact you can only build to medium coverage on certain spots. I really liked how forgiven this foundation is, and if you want a very natural, yet still flawless, and wearable wearable everyday I would recommend this foundation. It wore for about 8 hours and it wasn't breaking down on me. This foundation did not break me out, and my oily skin did not get any oily. Of course I did set with a powder as I do always cause I have oily skin. So all in all I truly love this foundation and would recommend it. 

   The Revlon nearly naked powder comes in 5 shades, I got 010 Fair, it has .28 oz of product. This is a very popular powder on youtube, alot of people rave about this, and now i inderstand why. This is a very nice drug store powder, it is not powdery or Cakey so nice and smooth, even when you swatch it, it feels very buttery and it don't flake off in the pan, or on your brush and get all over the place. The consistency is amazing, no problem with the staying power, and it looked great over any foundation. So except for the shade selection being only 5 choices, I am very pleased with this powder and I would definetely recommend this product.
